With both land area and unit density worse than market average, this layout may feel somewhat constrained. At ₹10922 vs market avg ₹9913, it's at a premium of about 10%. The approach road width of 25 meters exceeds the market average of 20 meters, enhancing day-to-day accessibility.

Not giving a full star because I have booked a flat here. I would say that, after visiting almost all properties in North Bangalore, no other builder could beat DNR w.r.t the factors needed to book a property. The construction is going in very fast pace. Also I would recommed Peter from sales team for communication.
