I am writing this review as a concerned homeowner who purchased a unit in the Radiance Regalia project in Coimbatore. While the initial sales process was smooth and promising, my experience post-purchase has been deeply disappointing. The most troubling aspect has been the lack of effective after-sales communication. Queries and concerns raised after possession have been met with delays, vague responses, or complete silence. This level of disengagement from the developer is unacceptable, especially for a project marketed as premium. Additionally, promotional tactics such as countdowns and launch events appear to be more of a marketing gimmick than a reflection of actual progress or transparency. These strategies may create urgency, but they do not translate into accountability or customer satisfaction. I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution before investing in this project or any future developments by Radiance in Coimbatore. A home is a long-term commitment, and the developer’s responsibility does not end at the point of sale.

Frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing — that sums up my experience after the booking. The staff showed a complete lack of communication, with no timely intimations or follow-ups, reflecting very poor service standards. The team involved has consistently displayed a careless, dismissive, and highly unprofessional attitude throughout the process. This kind of behaviour was completely unexpected after the great pre-sales experience, turning what could have been a positive journey into a deeply frustrating one.
