Small project, not many amenities and open space yet sky high prices when compared to other projects. Rate in this are is 5800 for small builder and 10200 for ultra luxury projects. For this project small and cramped facilities price should not be more than 7800. Near by projects running (sold faster) and are much bigger, comparatively cheaper and open space with many more number of amenities. Look for nearby purva silver sky.. I think when you see open space available in the project it will be crowded like fish market with ~1000 (219x4 in family)... Also i feel that flats are too close to road all the pollution and tons of dust will be coming in your home everyday. Govt.Solid Waste treatment plant is nearby. Generally it was not a problem. But these days it creates pathetic smells in this area. It is a JV, who knows Landowner tomorrow comes up with more demands and you will have ask for their approval to sell your own home.

It is a wonderful design and the site is too good and the carpet area and every thing looking perfect the sales persons there performance absolutely good
