Paid a token amount here to book a flat but had to cancel the plans due to my engagement plans. I was promised by Squareyards team that if I choose to cancel, I would receive the amount back in 2 days. Update: It's been 20 days now. I haven't heard from neither Sowparnika team nor SquareYards team. I haven't received back my token amount yet. It's been 15 days, neither Squareyards nor Sowparnika's team have responded to my queries or sent an official mail communication regarding status. As per RERA's guidelines, the builder is supposed to refund the amount in 30 days. Although I have seen couple of negative reviews here, I wouldn't like to jump into a conclusion yet. Will wait for 15 more days and post an update.

We just booked a flat in Sowparnika Rhythm of Rain. The experience from the day we visited the site till today has been nothing less than mind blowing. The quality of construction and the mindful flat layouts firstly impressed us but above all the extremely empathetic behaviour of every member, be it Pavithra, Vinay, Rachel or Sameer gave us the encouragement to proceed with the decision. Can’t miss mentioning about Manjunath who hand holded us throughout the bank procedures. And last but not the least it was Mini Maam who spent a lot of her precious time listening to and clarifying all our doubts and helping us take the best decision. All I have to say is THANK YOU SOWPARNIKA, today I know why people trust the brand the way they do ♥️♥️♥️

Before buying with this builder think 1000 times, they will collect 3 years maintenance from you in advance. And if they will maintain on behalf of you, they will not the maintenance amount to you.

Too costly and rude behavior from sales manager vinay. He didn't show us model flat he was not at all interested in giving proper info about the project. As most of the homes are sold, no proper hospitality for visitors

Dafaq??? Near Hopefarm??? It's 7 kms away from Hopefarm Metro. Don't fall for these fake advertisements.
