My daughter live in this apartment Good atmosphere

Area, Infrastructure, Design all good. Except car parking, bike parking, cycle parking (there is no such area, cycles will be parked anywhere) area very congested. Don't fall for 2 years Maintenance from Ruby Team. No proper Security Service. Security doesn't bother to answer at all. When we complaint on this, Ruby's Manager Mr. Mohan will question us that we shouldn't question security. There is no control over securities even from Maintenance End. Literally any one of the residents are having problem with Security one or the other day. Very Worst Security Service Ruby need to spend some time for people allocation for maintenance. Very limited service people have been deployed. Once handed over then we will not be answered properly. I am still following Ruby Team and Architecture team to solve parking issue. Everyone are playing blame game on each other. There are few parkings where we can't park our car properly and get down from the car. Whole open area has been alloted with parkings and there is very sharp way for exit. I am sure many are suffering due to Parking issue.

Verry worst hey not allowed Bike inside for Swiggy Zomato Delivery person Bikes. security says Get out of road. Without safety . Pls Ruby Appartments peoples Dont order Online food. they like Delivery person Is Like street dogs. treat. worst. rip humanity.
