Bang on main road but has high tension electric lines passing over the property. Too many apartments are coming up in the vicinity leading to price cap, lower rents, water shortage despite some jobs that might be created. Prestige Tech Cloud won’t create much jobs and the jobs are low paid maintenance ones as its primarily meant to be a data centre hub rather than tech office space. Metro is a big advantage but the distance to the city is high and there will be crowding and won’t get seats. Heard that the project has litigation so make sure to check on that.

Worst builder… go look at the grievances of Sattva opus who did not receive OC for long Years and they couldn’t rent neither stay Be away.. prices are unreasonable too
