Don’t buy this property It has been divided between land owner and the developer century. Even after obtaining occupancy certificate in January they are not going for registration. Every month they come with different reasons for delaying the registration. Still they are actively promoting the sale of the plots. Now the Karnataka government has increased the registration charges the plot buyers are at loss. Century is coming up with so many plotted developments but still they are not able to deliver.

Due to a conflict with landowner century is not completing registration. People should be aware about this. This lacks credibility and trust ...Did not expect this from Century.

Century needs to complete the registration for the buyers waiting since long. I have never seen a premium brand not able to complete registration. People will think twice before making any investment.

Century Seasons is such a scam property. So called Premium property in Devanahalli. Never trust. We had visited this property few times, liked it initially and in the last day of visit, we paid a token money for a north-west corner plot after multiple discussions. They nowhere mentioned that token payment will not be refunded at any condition. After that we decided to move out from the property since we wanted to go with a north-east corner plot. Once intimating them, initially they said that money will be refunded. After 2-3 days, suddenly the builder started saying that money can not be refunded and as per them “they had mentioned this initially”. They are like property owner does not want to give refund. Such a nonsense. Such a scam property now it feels. Good that we have backed out at the initial stage. Location is definitely advantage, clear title. No direct overhead flight noise which was problem with other projects by reputed developers around airport. Bang on STRR and many premium communities around. Area is bound to see growth in premium housing and office space in near future.
