Honestly one of the best sales Manager handling us Mr.Prakash, understood our issues and was quickly able to resolve. The rating refer to the project only that we had issues but not with the overall experience of Shriram which is still five stars!!!. I will still work with this team in the future as they were ethical and always helpful but most importantly available.

Humble request to all. Please stay away from Shriram and all its projects. Just look at Shriram Greenfield and Shriram Blue projects. All buyers are frustrated due to many issues. Just stay away. Don't invest because you have money. Take wise decision.

I opted for Shriram Esquire because Koramangala, Bangalore's major commercial area, is so close by. Nearby from the area are anything from tech enterprises and start-ups to upscale retailers and well-known schools. Because of all these features, this project is ideal for me and my family as well.
