After exploring almost ten different projects, Shriram Codename The One impressed me the most with its peaceful surroundings and transparent communication. No exaggerations — just clear, honest responses. The layout offers open corners with good ventilation, and the pricing felt completely reasonable.

Big time fraud - they haven’t returned my booking amount and not even responding my emails and calls I’m taking this matter to consumer court and let’s see them how they will fool court Person involved Shriram members (Mohammad Buhari, Bhumi Bhatia, Amith sangamesh) and square yards ( Thirumurugan, Sanjay Kannusamy)

I came across Shriram Codename One through the Square Yards team, who were quite proactive in sharing details and even offered pick-up and drop for the site visit. I chose to go on my own, and the experience was smooth. Here’s my honest impression after visiting the site: What I liked: - The project layout felt spacious and thoughtfully planned. Towers were well-positioned with good open space and greenery. - The sample flat was impressive — well-ventilated, naturally lit, and practical in terms of layout. - Location is promising: it’s right beside the upcoming National Expressway and the proposed Peripheral Ring Road, which could significantly boost connectivity in the future. - The Square Yards team was professional and informative, without being pushy. Still evaluating: - Possession is expected by end of 2027 or mid-2028, so it’s a long-term investment. - The surrounding area is still developing, so it may take time before it feels fully livable. Overall: If you’re looking for a mid-range, luxury apartment in South Bangalore with future growth potential, Codename One is worth considering. The visit gave me a good first impression.

It has been more than five years, and BESCOM meters have still not been provided in Shriram Greenfield. The builder has not responded to the owners regarding this issue. Even after handing over more than 1000 flats, Shriram is still charging extra amounts, and there seems to be no plan to provide individual BESCOM connections.

Shriram Properties is a great builder! I went through their past residential projects in the South Bangalore area and was really impressed with the construction quality. With the upcoming infrastructure developments like the metro line and the excellent amenities offered at Shriram Codename The One, my family and I decided to invest here.

The location is a big advantage! There’s a huge sports area nearby and the upcoming metro line is just a few minutes away, so the area is growing fast. Shriram Codename The One had everything my family was looking for—good lifestyle, great amenities, and strong future value. After checking other projects in the area, we quickly decided to book a 3 BHK here.
