I retired last year and am downsizing from a villa to a smaller apartment. I visited the NBR office twice and was handled by the same person both times, which made the process comfortable for us. The apartments seem worth considering.

Was looking for a 3BHK home, one which would be tranquil and provide the right ambience for a peaceful family living. NBR fit the bill perfectly, with it's right environmental sensibilities and practical living ameneties. I had approached them a year back, even though they were starting off, the team (Roshan & Murli) had the right approach of engaging with the customer and ensuring committed services are provided to client. Loved the entire booking experience.

recently visited NBR Soul of the Seasons and was truly impressed by the thoughtful 3BHK floor plans, expansive green open spaces, world-class amenities like the clubhouse and infinity pool, and its strategic connectivity. The project vision shines through. That said, my experience with sales executive Ms. Anusha was disappointing, her presentation felt rehearsed and confused on project specifics, lacking the engaging, expert dialogue clients expect. NBR Group, please assign more knowledgeable staff for personalized guidance—recommend training to match the project's quality. Eager to revisit with better support!

Visited last Sunday afternoon. Open spaces are actually big, not fake ads. Flat size is good, my office in Wipro is nearby so travel will be easy i think.

Checked Soul of the Seasons , it is a proper gated community, good architecture, nice facilities. Dad is happy, that's all that matters. Good investment decision.

They only have 3BHK here. Initially disappointed. Then saw the actual size - 1600+ sqft. It's bigger than many 4BHKs I've seen. layout is smart, no wasted corners.
