I'm living in Isha Santhosam for the last 3yrs.. I am highly disappointed with the construction quality of this property. As you can see in the photo, the wall is already cracked and damaged. This is not just poor workmanship. The builder has clearly compromised on material quality and structural safety. It’s shocking that such damage is visible in such a short period after possession. If you’re considering buying a flat here, please think twice. You’ll likely end up spending your hard-earned money on repairs that should have never been necessary.

We recently purchased an apartment at Isha Shubham and we should tell that we were completely happy with out apartment and the facilities. Mr. Arun was our sales person and no matter how many times we came rethinking he was always there and any issues, he made sute he could do what best he does. The amphitheater is absolutely breathtaking at night and the people are taking good care of the facilities. Thank you Isha

Very happy in buying a first home in Isha shubham. I specially thank Mr.sundhara moorthy who helped and coordinated on entire process till handover with out any hesitation and helped on every time when I had a query. Also, they have seperate team like CRM, legal who came forward and took ownership and helped in on each steps. One think is that Isha management need to consider in providing additional power points. The available power points are not enough for day to day life.
