The overall experience with this villa purchase has been mixed. The construction took an unexpectedly long time (3 years in our case) with delays that could have been avoided with better project management. Communication from the management side was often slow, which added to the frustration during the waiting period. That said, Mr. Balaji from the CRM team deserves appreciation. He was responsive, patient and helpful in addressing our concerns and guiding us through the process. I wish the builders had a more proactive approach not just in sales but also in the execution part, which could have made a big difference. While there were challenges along the way, Mr. Balaji’s consistent support & professionalism made the experience more manageable. His dedication truly stood out and deserves all praises.

The villa is set in a calm and scenic location the perfect spot to unwind and disconnect from the city noise.over all We are very satisfied with this property and location 😇
