I wonder why silversky staffs are rating 5 stars here... It should be the buyers actually reviewing about the property ***** Pls dont believe the * ratings***** In fact they have a worst maintenance service after sale. You might feel initially all going well, but they cut cost in maintenance and finally residents have to pay a hefty price post their maintenance hand over. I bought property in Lakeside 3. The maintenance of STP plant is worst due to "stinking bad odor" will reach every place in your home including Hall, Kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. You and your kids will literally be smelling all resident waste disposals due to improper knowledgeless STP Maintenace team and the cost conscious SSB who are not even willing to provide adequate tools to maintain the plant. Be very conscious in investing in this project.
