Please reconsider purchasing anything from Prestige. They have the worst management in Hyderabad. You can verify this with anyone living in Prestige Tranquil. Post-sale, they show little concern and do not care about the community. Please stay away from Prestige Group.

The sales team is Just pure fraud. I booked a flat and paid the token amount. But had to cancel as it is far from any IT companies and no plans of tech companies within this complex. After repeated calls and follow up they said they will credit back the money but have not refunded even after an year. They now say they can't give me my money back. Please be careful before giving even a rupee for this property.
