We booked a 1BHK for my daughter. It’s compact but well-designed. She works in Navalur, and this place suits her budget and commute. Payment plan helped us stretch EMIs comfortably. We would recommend it for young professionals starting out.

🥲Advice: Some one who wants to book please give low token advance don't make mistake what we did, we paid 2 lacs 50 days back we cancelled booking but no refund till now ;)✍️Replying to the owner’s response: Hi sir, I have booked flat in B-Block , Flat#510 already i have mailed to your crm team, i dont got any call or mail for cancellation acknowledgement. There is no coordination from sales team and crm team, I planned to book a flat and given advance of 2 lacs, for some issues i cancelled the booking, if I ask to sales team about my refund they are pointing crm team, i mailed to crm team but there is no response, funny part is when I booked a flat i got a call from a person from crm team saying he ll be coordinating further, I tried to call next day there is no response, surprisingly the same guy called once i cancelled the booking saying that he ll be coordinating for booking, the sad part is he don't know about cancellation

We are buying this as an investment. Rental demand will increase once it's completed because of the IT crowd around OMR. My cousin already rented his 2BHK in a nearby Urbanrise project. That gave us confidence to go for it too.

I paid ₹25,000 in January 2024 as a booking advance for an apartment at Urbanrise – The World of Joy, Siruseri. I cancelled the booking within a week, and Mr. Yakesh (Deputy Sales Manager) clearly told me that the refund would be processed within one week. However, it's been several months, and I have still not received my refund. Now, the team has completely stopped attending my calls and not replying to emails either. This is completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I’m extremely disappointed with the way Urbanrise is handling this. I trusted the brand, but this experience has made me lose confidence. I request Urbanrise to process my refund immediately. If not, I will be forced to take legal action and report this to consumer forums.

One thing I appreciated was the transparency during booking. No hidden charges, and all terms were explained properly. Their legal team even helped with minor clarifications. If I compared to other builders in the same price range, Urbanrise seems more professional.

I was honestly surprised by the pricing for such a big gated community. My parents wanted a peaceful location, and I wanted decent connectivity. Padur works for both. I won’t say it’s a very posh area yet, but it’s growing steadily and also hope metro work starts soon.

This was my second home investment. I have already bought from another builder earlier, but I liked Urbanrise’s customer engagement better. They follow up properly, give construction photos, and are responsive. I feel more confident about this project.

Urbanrise World of Joy seemed like a good balance between cost and lifestyle. Vibe of the project is youthful, and I love the idea of having open green areas around. Booking experience was stress-free.

Very very congested corridor space. Measurements are not as per the design. Poor Quality of design, Cheat by sales , Worst list of amenities. Unworthy to buy.

The affordability factor is what pulled me into the Urbanrise, The world of Joy project, Siruseri. Despite being budget-friendly, Urbanrise hasn’t compromised on quality. The materials used, finishing touches, and common areas are all well-designed.
