Visited the Tiara site in Bachupally. The construction is progressing well, and the layout seems well-planned. The 2, 3 & 3.5 BHK apartments look spacious, and the location is convenient, close to schools and IT hubs.

Worst behaviour by sales team

These people doesn't stand on their words. They build the model house very luxuriously but the promises they give are false. Do not fall for the words they say. People who are investing or planning to buy a flat, the handover will be by Dec 2028 which is 4 years from now.Even though, they say "the completion will be done by 2026 ending and they are quoting 2028 only as per RERA in agreement", they will change their words once the agreement is done.They won't give you in written that the handover will be by 2026 or they will not pay you anything until the end of year 2028. Be trutful to people. Building projects and Trust both are important.Babitha who is in the office of model flat/construction site, stops picking your calls once you are done Booking a flat or ready for agreement.Req: Stop luring people with false promises and stop wasting their hard earned money or time.

This property is in a great location, opposite the 150-acre KL University and near the recently opened ORR Exit 4A. The construction quality is excellent, and we can expect significant property appreciation.
