Prestige Tranquil is not a luxury/ultra luxury apartment, small builders apartments are built with better quality and maintained better than Prestige Tranquil. prestige charge high maintenance charges but the facilities are below avg, the staff did painting final coating after all residents occupied and paint dust and stains are left like that for more than 24 hrs its mess to live in the flats even after complaint ticket no response from house keeping team. Kids play soccer on roads, 1 batminton court for 900+ families, poor construction quality water is leaking to lower floors from upper floor bathrooms and best part is maintenance people took 45 days to figure out and fix the issue. Parking is chaos god know how they allocated parking , main gate entrance on B1 ends and becomes of half abruptly with a car parking ohhh god common man organizes much better than this, glasses from club houses and lobbby of towers falls for any winds its very risky. And many more issues ….

Excellent location / locality. Total 4 blocks and 34 floors each 8 flats . Gym / sports / pool and supermarket everything inside .

Please think carefully before buying anything from Prestige Group. The management by PPMS is the worst. You will regret it every day.
