After digging it's full of water now. Lake emerged. They are unable to drain the water out, trying to clear up by transferring to GHMC park opp to the construction. Buyers be cautious

Location is good but the project is completely surrounded by bion , unorganised housing only one side is open. most of the project's units will not have proper open to sky view . At this digging stage t he base price of 11000 is too much. Inthe same locality 10000 base price for a ready to occupy projects are avilable. Even Jayabheri trend set with low density is quoting a better price
