Beautiful man made lake inside the project. It's next to tata carnatica township. Very beautiful setup and has great future potential as it's near to airport city and signature park. Malls and tech park all coming up close by .

The sales agents are a complete scam! they agreed on a price for 3 bhk and increased the price by 10 lakhs after a week while our loan processing was in progress and we have already paid booking amount of 3 lakhs. Its so unethical! They shared everything on email, the final cost sheet and we discussed it in person as well for 2 times and then suddenly they have the audacity to come and say it was a mistake and the actual price is 10 lakhs more. By the way, they quote that" we are selling at launch price" really?? Dont trust this, they can come in between of your loan repayment and revise the price again.
