Booked a flat in Oct 2024, and I'm happy with the progress they are making. We have to wait and watch if they will be able to hand over the project by mid 2026 as promised.

The Next developing and biggest Residential Hub of Hyderabad, Kollur and velimala is already grabbed by Well known developers like, my home, aparna, sattva. In coming next 5 years, people are Searching for stand alone Apartments. Bcz now here all are constructing gated communities only with lower prices now.

Love the urbanrise experience with the staff and their team how they handled from the start to the end. There are very good amenities and mostly the road point which interest me and best to international schools and beside hospital.
