Sreevatsa urban village flats are very costlier via a vis amenities & carpet area.Located at chinnavedampatti one has to travel 1 km to buy anything from small shops & for department stores 4 km travel to sathy road saravanampatti. No RO plant to supply salt removed water.There is no safety to walk with young kids of 3 years & less on the coridars since the steel grill fitted as short walls are found with wide gaps; wide enough that the above said kids head can enter into this gap thus may fall down.Most taxing issue is the monthly maintenance. From the date of purchase of flat, flat owner has to pay 2500/3000 as monthly maintenance to flat promoter. This compulsory payable amount is fixed & received by the promoter till they hand it over to flat owners association.
