Very good property in my budget and I have seen many properties surrounding but those were to high and wasn't happy but this property came in 100% my favour in budget and vastu.

Just visited the site yet still under construction but feels really spacious. The planned clubhouse and pool area look impressive and well-thought-out.

Really good place to live with family, all the facilities are nearby and i won't have to travel far places to get ration and hospitals in any emergency, especially since my parents live with me, , it will be a great place for my family. Really convenient and everything is on track.

Great place for me to have, I travel everyday to my office and is really hectic to reach on time. i have been thinking to purchse a flat somewhere in Singasandra with good amenities and this place has everything i can ask for. This will ease my travel and has a really good vibe with natural surrounding and greenery.

The large floor plan and abundant natural light gave us a homely vibe. Schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and my tech park are all within a short commute, making it perfect for me. Property manager carefully went over every aspect and gave us confidence in our decision. We can't wait to move into our new house, so having possession in 2025 is a major benefit.

The floor plans are super... Team was really helpful and i m happy with my booking. It's close for me to travel and more than that, there is metro that a short walk away that's opening soon. it is on a good road.

I believed that now was the ideal moment to buy because of all the IT centres that are growing nearby. There is a high demand for rentals, and I think this will result in a high return on investment down the road. The floor plan is well thought out, and the bedrooms are really roomy. Have bought so that I can rent it out. It has RERA as well so project is certified.
