This is a trap.. beware. The 2 bhks and 1 bhks stand on a land which has litigation. They dont tell this during booking or agreement.. Read the agreement.. it is mentioned that as custoemr we are aware of this which means in case we go legally, court will say Sattva has clearly mentioned in the document. about the litigation . There is an ongoing case. On cancellation they are not refunding the amount as well. Never go for Sattva.. The CRM team is the worst. Be careful of a lady by the name Janhavi.. she is a fraud.. none of them reply or pick the call after they trap customers.

I was looking for a peaceful home in North Bangalore when I discovered Sattva Vasanta Skye near the airport at Devanahalli. The project instantly impressed me with its greenery, open spaces, and calm gated community atmosphere.

Sattva Vasanta Skye is worse project, I won't recommend anyone to deal with this project.The staff misleads , and there is no transparency in the payment.

Worse and pathetic experience. I am very disappointed with my experience with Sattva Vasantha Sky. I had paid an advance booking amount, but due to circumstances the deal could not go through. I have been continuously following up with their team for a refund, but there has been no proper response or support from their side. For a reputed builder, I expected transparent communication and fair treatment, but unfortunately my experience has been frustrating and unhelpful. I sincerely hope the management looks into such matters seriously and resolves genuine refund requests in a timely manner.

We visited the site multiple times. The most attractive feature is the layout of the project and the 11ft high ceiling that one gets in the flat. The ceiling height is the most unique aspect to the flats that no other developer provides. The interior doors are also 8ft height which look quite grand. If living close to the airport is not an issue then this property is the best in that area.

Sattva Vasanta Skye seems to be one more premier project in Bangalore which is strategically located right infront of Bangalore International Airport amidst all upcoming modern facilities in the proximity like Airport Metro, Top Category Hotels, Business Parks. Very ideal for peaceful living with high tech club house having almost all sports facilities with ample space for walking . Feel, this project is an integrated township with spectacular view of Nandi Hills view on one side. An ideal location for living as well as investment both. Mock flats are well designed with very attractive interiors. Very courteous staff.
