I recently booked my first apartment at Ventara Residencies by Amberstone Property, and I’m truly impressed with the project. The location is excellent — just about 2 km from the upcoming malls and metro stations. The project is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned with all modern amenities. What really sets it apart are the fine details like the premium flooring, 9 ft ceiling height, spacious rooms, and high-quality Saint-Gobain or equivalent glass fittings. Another great highlight is that every flat is a corner home, allowing for more natural light and ventilation — something you don’t often find in most projects. The booking process was exceptional. Ashish from the sales team and Sushanth from CRM went above and beyond in assisting me. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to explain every detail and promptly addressing all my queries and concerns. Their professionalism and dedication truly made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’m highly delighted to own a home here and can’t wait to see the project completed. I would definitely recommend Ventara Residencies to anyone looking for a well-planned and premium property!

The project is awesome and personally like this project, I booked the flat in June 2025. the sale team (Ashish, Rahul and Kavita) is very responsive and supportive before and after sale, only the lack or nagetive point which I want to highlight is the CRM (Sushant) is very irresponsible or looks like doesn't care about customer. If amberstone will be fail then the big reason will be CRM (Sushant) because for each and every thing I need to chase with him even he don't have time to pick call, callback or read messages and reply. It's very pathetic when I see the difference in between sales team and CRM after sales, sometime I feels sales persons are the CRM. Sorry to say but it's reality. And I don't like how the CRM is working there and I bring this issue to ventara sales person also that I am not happy with the working style of CRM. But looks like nobody is bothered about it.
