Fraud company beware. If you are a new customer, during handover they will create lot of trouble asking for interest money for late payment, which you maynot be aware. They don't care about negative reviews. Their so called gym equipments in TVS Green acres are in unusable condition for last 1 year, even after multiple followups. This will be future of your community shortly after handover over. They got maintenance charges including security for 5 years in advance, but stopped security for after 3 years. Don't get caught in their sadhuranga vettai.

Got convinced by the sales staff Elumalai and booked a 2BHK grand. Only concern point is the second approach road from Srinivasa Nagar which is not good and flooding issues raised by the near by communities

A new project by TVS in Padur, impressive display,well curated layout, friendly sales team ,the only worry is it is located in an area prone to flooding,of course the assurance is that the apartment will be on a site elevated to the level of the main road,the access road could be a problem unless the developer raises the access road to the level of OMR.

1. TVS Brand value is good 2. main approach road is very narrow 3. Water stagnation problem is there 4. Price is high compared to market size 5.Uds is 36% (very good) 6. Handover date is Dec2028 7. Low rise gated community with good amminities

Basement parking. Means car parking only. No space for bikes. We have a car (Kia Seltos) and a bike (Royal Enfield classic 350). They require at least 10' x 16'. But here not enough space.
