I booked a plot here, but the documents are not clear. The General Power of Attorney document (Document No. 99/1989), which is critical for proceeding with the purchase of the plot, is missing. This may cause serious issues while reselling in the future. So I am dropping the purchase. If anyone plans to purchase here, please hire a lawyer from your end and get the legal verification done properly. Only good thing is they return my advance amount 1lack back within 45 days

Earthen Spaces have developed the layout as promised. Also it is just 100 metres from OMR. The layout is looking great with the park and paver block roads.

I recently purchased a plot at VISTA GARDEN, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The team has been transparent and supportive throughout the process. They also kept their promise of providing the EB connection where the work is in progress and about to get complete in couple of days. It’s shows their commitment to customers. The location looks great for future development — definitely a good investment choice!

I bought a plot in Vista Garden. It is a good place to build a house and has very easy access to all places on OMR. It is located on OMR Road and is within walking distance of the Kelambakkam bus stop.
