Oragadam -RWD Marbella

RWD Marbella in Oragadam has good location, clear documentation, and strong future potential. However, staff are unresponsive and unprofessional, with poor coordination, delayed registration, and refund issues. CRM support is weak and clubhouse is still pending. Overall, project is promising, but dealing with staff can be frustrating and requires patience.

This one star is for the RWD staff. Project and documentation are perfect. I blocked a plot but could not buy the same due to channel behind the plot. They assured they will give the advance back but till now am struggling to get the same. Staff (don't want to name him) stopped taking my calls and not replying to msg. My advance payment is gone.

Location is good.. the documentation is clear. But the staff are very very pathetic . Absolute lack of coordination and coordination.. the CRM team is a joke to say the least ! If you have the patience to deal with such people then go ahead.. else there are other better builders in the Sriperumbudur-Oragam area. My plot registration process was delayed thrice & even on the day of registration they kept me waiting for 3 hours since the document was not ready from the builders side. Mere lack of professionalism . Pls don't go by past positive reviews. They might be from the builders side& may not be genuine. The clubhouse is yet to be built. They have got the approval only now.
