Totally a scam!! Unprofessional service by the entire Casagrand team.. starting from sales to crm and then refund team. We purchased C905 apartment and made a payment of 9,34,006 rs but to our disappointment their demand letter to bank was 90% payment while the construction is at 60%. Our bank rejected and due to the disputes between bank and builder we had to cancel our booking. Now the entire hard earned money that we paid is not refunded back by Casagrand stating it as cancellation charges . We reached out to icare , senior managers as well but everyone is involved to scam you. They don’t reply to your emails, charge high demand letter, don’t value customers and play with your money. Request everyone to please be careful before proceeding with this builder. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star for the nightmare that we went through after the purchase. We are now fighting legally through RERA to get our money back.

Please do not purchase flat from casagrand. Third class service. And they will trouble you for money in case of cancellation. I am filing a legal case for the mental torture they are giving me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM CASAGRAND. SCAMSTERS!! Edited: They say they will help you via whatsapp or via call after replying to your review but continue to provide any kind of support. Everybody in casagrand is just plain scamster, cheater and dishonest to their customers. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Casagrand Zaiden Sales team and the Team responsible for issuing refunds. After canceling my booking over two months ago for the flat C-211, I am yet to receive the refund of my token amount. Despite multiple follow-ups, the responses have been vague, with no clear resolution or timeline provided. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this property.
