Construction, builtin quality is good with great amenities in a a super location centre to most. Very happy with my apartment ☺️ cooperative staff and builder.

We saw Vrksa Ziya well designed compact three bedroom flats . Internally the room space looks bigger because of the high sliding door in living cum dining all bedrooms are well solved to place the cot and wardrobes. Even thought the toilet are small functionally they have segregated the wet area dry area which gives better comfort. Kitchen looks spacious because of open kitchen all rooms are well ventilated . This compact three bedrooms is a good choice for my parents, myself and my kids. The material finish’s are very nice there floor tiles, wall tile, doors, aluminium power coated windows, modular switches and sanitary fitting which makes them as premium products when compared to the surrounding apartments. We are very much convinced with the price when compared to the near by apartments. We will meet you soon in ziya
