One of the promising projects nearby Singasandra / Begur lake. The flat is pretty much closer to Singasandra / Basapura bus/ metro stations. Area is not well developed now, expected to be in good shape in coming years 🤞🏻. Sales experience was top notch. Mr. Badal was so helpful & professional handling the requests. After sales service is terrible. For every queries you may have to followup many times with the CRM. Keep this in mind before buying the property.

Very interior location far from main road. There are only two reasons to buy here a) if you get it very cheap OR b) you get a lake facing apartment as the lake indeed is beautiful The clubhouse is very tiny and the land parcel shape is ugly. There is a vacant land in between the project where high rises can come up blocking the views and creating construction noise and dust for several years so better you find out the details incase you decide to buy the inner facing apartments. On the positive side its a big community with ample outdoor sports and other amenities. Assetz build quality is good and doesn’t cheats on carpet area etc.

Hope Builder will deliver the flat on time and Buyer will not face any issue. 🤗
