We bought a plot there, thanks to ilavarasan(sales team) and Merlin (CRM) for answering all my calls and helping me with my first purchase. Very transparent and I would recommend others.

We have pre booked a plot, paid 10000 and got the documents for verification. Lawyer said there was issue in the plot and also there was a lake backside of the plot which we didn't notice earlier. So we cancelled the pre booking, gave the documents and asked for refund. It was more than 8 months, but they didn't refund , not responding to the calls too. All the employees in this team are cheating and talking so rude when we ask for refund. Please be aware before pre booking this property.
