Visited today and checked things quite in details. Pros: Location is right opposite to RMZ galleria mall. Yelahanka Metro station will be about 2km Club house feels good and grand Cons: Overly high priced, yelahanka area property prices are around 8 to 11k, this one they are quoting around 15.5k. Not a good value buy. All Towers look almost joint, looks very congested. No spacing in between towers for air movement. No tennis court (important factor for someone like me :)) Overall too much overpriced, dont go ahead unless you're a desperate customer.

Decent loaction, big brand name but overpriced project. Posession date is 5 years from now.So, blocking the customer's money for 5 years.Similar projects are getting completed in 3-3.5 years. Use your mind and beaware of fake reviews.It's your hardearned money invest wisely.

Disastrous project management team. I reside right beside the construction site of this property. They don’t abide a single law regulated, the construction works goes on 24 hours loud and noise every single day. Brigade being such prestigious company, should at least consider and value sleep of people residing close by. And, the engineers are worst. Even after multiple escalation, the construction works goes on all night every single day. Unsure if you all are aware it’s public nuisance, against right to life by ruining people’s sleep and going beyond acceptable ambient noise.

Excellent location in a neighbourhood which has everyone thing for comfortable living, e.g., shopping malls, international airport, Nandi Hills, vineyards, hospitals and schools. Overall, a promising residential project by grade A builder!

My review is solely regarding the refund timeline. Officially, they are supposed to process within 45 days. This is clearly mentioned on booking form. I have submitted my request in first week of July and have been told that it will be processed by end of October. Apparently, they process refund in batches. This is at almost a 4 month gap vs 45 days committed by them. If i had been paid as per their commited timelines, I would not have had to take personal loan to meet immediate needs. So, be careful in this regard and only pay of you absolutely want to go ahead.
