Full of Fake commitments. Project handover delayed by almost 1 year. Still giving fake commitments. Very unhappy with CRM Team.

I am extremely happy with the support provided by Mr Surendhar, the Sales Manager at the Madhavaram Hiliving Evita Project. 1. He is very supportive and genuinely friendly in his approach. 2. He responds to my queries even during odd hours, which shows his commitment. 3. He is highly knowledgeable in his domain and explains everything clearly. 4. He is reliable and offered complete end‑to‑end support—from initial queries all the way to booking. 5. He is a good person by nature and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with Mr Surendhar. He makes the entire process easier, transparent, and trustworthy.

Hema Called and asked to visit, and because of the interest, we came today to see the apartment. Sowkhat, The sales rep was really nice. However, the overall structure doesn’t fit our requirement. We are currently staying in a 3BHK which is 1800 ft.², we needed something bigger or 2 2BHK side-by-side so that we can customise it internally. Thank you. Hema and Shaukat was really nice

Surendhar helped us getting our apartment here at Evita. He was so polite and answered all our questions, provided all details and even more. Gives us continuous updates on the project, never fails to respond to any query even after the sale has been made, this shows his dedication to customers. We recently visited the Evita Homes site and had a great experience interacting with Divya, the Sales Manager. She was welcoming, professional, and gave us a clear, detailed walkthrough of the project. Divya patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand the floor plans, pricing, and amenities.
