Lodha had promised to keep all coconut plantation and they said they will move it in the society as per the requirement..It looks like just another set of promises by builder to lure customers

BUY AND CRY Just by keeping the name haven this is not going to be haven I'm staying in this area from last 10+years. List of the problem you gonna face here. 1- Traffic ( make sure you have sufficient time to spend in traffic at choodasandra circle). You might hear that road extension is approved by the govt and in coming days the road width will increase. TBH I'm hearing this from years. 2- Water ( the lake behind that is not the natural lake. It was constructed) you gonna need daily Water supply from outside. Which gonna increase the maintenance 3- Mobile Network - Due to Ksrp camp and central jail govt installaled jammer so you will face issue with network and upi payment 4- High Tension wire ( could be life critical during heavy rain ) 5- Local area- Narrow roads 6- Gate- one gate is just in front of the choodasandra circle. That's gonna create huge traffic BUY AND CRY choice is yours. Better you buy plot and build your own haven somewhere in electronic City or choose some better options. It's so costly to buy this haven

I went to see the project today but the location is too interior and there is hell lot of traffic even on weekends in HOSA road. It is a narrow road and there is no alternative road to reach the location without getting trapped in traffic.
