The project’s amenities and overall vision are really impressive and modern. The sales team, especially Mr. Prasanth and Team, has been very clear, helpful, and supportive from the beginning. I've recently visited Anvita High9 and was genuinely impressed with the project. The layout is thoughtfully planned, offering excellent ventilation, open spaces.The amenities are top-notch — the clubhouse, pool, and rooftop sky lounge add a luxury touch. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to schools, tech parks, and other essentials in the area. Security features, parking, and common areas are also well designed.Overall, Anvita High9 seems to be a promising choice for families looking for a quality lifestyle in a growing neighborhood. Looking forward to seeing the final completion!.Projects April 2025 progress..

Good project. Very close to ORR exit 2 and can reach FD in about less than 15 mins even through service road.Liked the layout plan and the planning of terrace level and stilt level amenities . So far project progress is good and hoping the project turns out as marketed and as projected in the broucher..

I’m glad we purchased an apartment in High 9. Things that I absolutely loved - Floor plans with spacious balconies, good connectivity, great amenities and this place will become epicenter for future development.It is also worth mentioning about Mr. Chandu and Mr. Prashanth who have been providing great support from booking to any queries related to the project.Hope to see great progress from Anvita in the future as well.
