I strongly advise caution before dealing with this builder. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to their delays, false commitments, and lack of professionalism. I cancelled my booking and, as per their own written confirmation, they promised to refund. Despite repeated follow-ups for over two months, there has been no refund and no proper communication from their side. They do not respond to emails, avoid giving clear updates, and completely fail to honor their own commitments. This shows a serious lack of transparency and accountability. Buying property is a huge investment, and dealing with such unprofessional behavior causes unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Think multiple times before deciding to buy a property from DAC. The only team that seems efficient is the sales team. Once you book a flat and are handed over to their CRM team, the experience becomes frustrating. The handover date promised by the sales team is never honored. I booked a flat in the DAC project at Medavakkam, where the handover was initially promised for April 2025. It has now been more than three years, and we are still waiting. Progress at the site is extremely slow, with the company offering various excuses for the delay. Seeing the site conditions it will take more one year to complete. I cancelled a ready to movein apartment and booked DAC only because of their name. But they spoiled their name just by their actions. I'll never recommend DAC to any of my colleagues or family members. Meanwhile, we are forced to bear the burden of paying both the home loan EMI and rent, and DAC shows no concern for the hardship caused. Please ensure you get every commitment documented and signed by their senior management before you sign any agreement. Once the agreement is signed, you have no option.
