Decent layout check the price and legal documentation and verify the distance from the lake.The approach road from the Airport canteeen road is a very narrow and the roads are patchy and when it rains it can be difficult to get to the layout.The other approach road via Tambaram road needs to be laid.The layout is abutting Sundaram layout and there is a few houses been built in that layout.And a few houses are been constructed in this layout as well.Ruby legal team has to work on the legal document and verify the details as late as 1950’s to avoid legal issues later.They should make this a standard procedure.If not sooner or later they will be embroiled in legal disputes

Nice location. Near the lake. This place has the potential to be the next chitlapakkam. The only problem with this Ruby Signature city is that a few of the plots have additional area that are not approved by CMDA as per Field Measurement Drawings. So make sure that your plot has zero additional area and entire area in your plot is 100 percent approved.
