Very good project for residential.location is very prime always had good experience with prestige and good connectivity.

[Short review ]- I don’t recommend buying from Prestige. [Detail review] - I personally like the location - it has a great view of Himayat Sagar and the 2,000+ acres of agricultural university land. However, Prestige’s pricing is extremely high. I feel they are overpricing mainly because of their branding. Since I liked the location, I tried to proceed by giving an expression of interest through different third parties. But due to insider activity by some Prestige employees, the best flats were already blocked, or they were creating FOMO to push retail buyers rather than NRIs. Overall, it was a bad experience. I tried to move forward, but they didn’t provide clear details to help me make a decision. Instead, they rushed for payment without properly answering my questions. They kept pushing me to book first and said I could switch to my preferred unit later. Based on my experience, so I don’t recommend buying from Prestige. :-)

Have always had trust in Prestige from Bangalore. But highly disappointed with the sales team in this project. They will only talk good till the time you have not done any booking. Post that no updation on agreement, no contact and now they have started sending messages for payment which has already been done. On the other hand my friends experience with Godrej is awesome! Prestige team, you need to look into it.

Contacted for this property 3 months back, sales team called and they said minimum size of 14-15 hundred sft not available...ni choice to choose flat as per our requirement, after i contacted these sales team same to back to back getting calls from godrej property...sales team sharing the leads to other people getting disturbed 😳

Insider Trading by sales people. Prestige is pumping up the prices by asking their sales employees to book few units at beginning and then sale when handover.

10 acres , 1600 units! Super high density with ultra low UDS, that too on the outskirts. This project will be super crowded. If Govt doesn’t bring in FSI restrictions, these builders are going to ruin the city. Approach with caution

They will choose the floor,facing and you have to pick from them., a customer who is paying 1.5 to 2 crore money has no choice., Guys don’t be hurry, this is the first project at this location., many more to come soon.. take your time and buy only what you like., They will show you only top 2 floors are available and rest are all sold off.. so no need to compromise due to FOMO., wait for 4 to 5 years and pay extra and buy the one you like.,
