Assetz Secret Lake seems to be a strong investment choice, especially with the promising development and multiple quality projects coming up around the International Airport and Doddaballapur Road. I initially purchased this property purely as an investment, but I’ve grown to appreciate the project so much that I now plan to build a home and live here. I am also interested in reinvesting with Assetz in the future.

I’m truly delighted with how this plotted development project is shaping up. The layout looks thoughtfully planned with ample open spaces, wide roads, and beautiful landscaping already taking form. The location offers a great balance between connectivity and a peaceful environment. The developer has been transparent, responsive, and professional throughout the process. I’m confident this will turn out to be a wonderful community once completed. Though one concerning thing is that it’s taking quite long in the approval process from the builder’s end for the banks to start the mortgage process.

Travelled almost 40 kms to get rude and disappointing behaviour from the sales team, without any proper information they outright said all the inventory is gone and only higher dimensions are remaining despite mentioning channel partner said it is available. I am not sure why the rude behaviour as if we are getting it for free.
