This project even though looks good on paper has multiple flows. Not sure about the developer also considering many projects are now getting stalled. Better to go for any good developer with track record

Wondeful Location and property is really good . Got very good guidance by Yasin Shaik sir , who has guided me immensely for the allocation and selection of desried flat . The process was quite smooth with detailed explanation of every aspect. Happy with the team and the project as well .

Very good property in a very good location and at a very competitive price from a reputed builder in the commercial space. The floor plans and the overall design seem to be very well thought through. The property has got a fantastic, yet very humble sales and CRM team. Have been very pleased with my interactions with Mr Yasin, Ms Umraz and team. With this being among the first residential properties of CKPC, I am quite hopeful that they will bring in the same quality, finesse and timeliness that they have shown in their commercial projects.
